The buyer selects their preferred payment method. We reserve the right to accept additional payment methods on a case-by-case basis and to reject payment methods in individual cases.
When paying by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), the data is transmitted securely via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to Stripe. The purchase price will be charged to the customer upon order acceptance. Data transmission may take a few minutes and should not be interrupted by the customer, e.g., by refreshing the browser page. Otherwise, it may result in a double charge to the credit card account. Valid refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the customer's report of double charging. - Offers, Ordering Process, Contract Conclusion, Correction of Input Errors, Storage of Contract Text
5.1 Tickets and vouchers for the Triberg VR Arena can be purchased through our website www.triberg-vr-arena.de by phone (+49 (0)7722 8668313), or during our opening hours at our premises. Ticket purchases online and on-site are subject solely to current availability. It is at the operator's discretion to decide at any time whether and how the available capacities can be utilized.
5.2 The right to purchase tickets is generally tied to the legal capacity to contract valid in Germany. According to §106 of the German Civil Code (BGB), children and adolescents aged 7 to 17 have limited capacity to contract. They may only make a ticket purchase with the consent of their legal guardians.
5.3 The ticket and voucher offers in our webshop constitute a non-binding invitation to order tickets or vouchers for the Triberg VR Arena. By clicking the "Pay Now" button or "Pay with PayPal" / "Pay Now" when purchasing the voucher, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the ticket or the vouchers in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, the customer can review and modify the data at any time. Required entries are marked with an asterisk (*). The booking number automatically generated by us after submitting the order documents that your booking has been received by us, but does not yet constitute acceptance of the customer's offer. The contract is only concluded through our acceptance declaration, which is sent in a separate email (booking confirmation including invoice). With the booking confirmation, the customer receives the ticket code, which only entitles access to the booked Virtual Reality attraction. In the case that the customer has ordered a voucher, the booking confirmation will provide the voucher code, which allows the customer or the person to whom the customer passes the value voucher to use the voucher amount as payment for Virtual Reality tickets. The Stadt Triberg reserves the right to refer voucher sales to various partners.
5.4 The customer must ensure that the email address provided for order processing is accurate and sufficiently configured (e.g., regarding SPAM filters) and has sufficient free storage space.
5.5 The customer can correct input errors at any time during the ordering process by clicking the fields that indicate the phase of the ordering process or by using the browser's "Back" button to navigate forward or backward.
5.6 The order text is not stored by us and cannot be retrieved after the completion of the ordering process. The information from the ordering process will be sent to the customer again with the email confirmation of the order. The customer can print the order data immediately after submitting the order.

Alternatively, the 20-digit ticket number located under the QR code can be entered at the ticket counter. A QR code that is merely photographed will not be accepted.
18.7 The online ticket entitles entry to the experience selected at the time of purchasing the online ticket within a designated entry time slot, provided that the time slot does not coincide with an unplanned facility closure. An unplanned closure may occur due to circumstances that are unforeseeable or uncontrollable by the Stadt Triberg (e.g., force majeure events, weather conditions such as thunderstorms or storms, or government-mandated closures). The Stadt Triberg will make every effort to inform holders of online tickets about the closure via email using the registered contact information as early as possible. If entry is not possible due to an unplanned facility closure, affected holders of online tickets will be offered an alternative option.

If an online ticket with a limited duration is purchased, this duration may be exceeded on-site within the existing opening hours. Upon leaving the facility, an additional payment will be required. 20.3 Unused individual tickets will expire without compensation unless the cause is due to an injury to life, body, or health caused by the Stadt Triberg, a violation of essential contractual obligations, or intentional or gross negligence by the Stadt Triberg or its agents, or if there is a statutory right of withdrawal.
21. Returns and Exchanges
Tickets are excluded from return, subject to the provisions in Section 17.3, and cannot be exchanged.
